fr a trio of steve, eddie, and argyle could’ve been so comedic especially for setting up steveddie, because we have flirtatious eddie who is being so obvious 24/7, clueless steve who does NOT know what the hell is happening at any given moment, and stoned out of his mind argyle who would pick up on every flirty thing eddie says to steve and be like “yo they’re dating? awesome, man.” when they haven’t even kissed yet.
and the worst part is we will never get to see it unless they can pull off a miracle. i am so, so disappointed.
did. did mike ever find out his d&d club leader got framed for murder and brutally murdered by a swarm of bats or did everybody just forget to tell him
dustin held eddie while he bled to death. lucas had to watch max’s bones snap. will and robin had to watch people they were in love with be in love with someone else. outcasts don’t get happy endings. queers do not get happy endings. that is ultimately the message stranger things has left me with.
why did we see Max’s letters and not have anyone read them. why did they big up Jason creating a mob when nothing happened. why did they have Eddie say he wasn’t a hero then die saving no one. why have will be in love with Mike and not say it to anyone. why introduce new characters just to kill them and neglect others. why have so many storylines that are essentially meaningless. why-
